It was exactly what we were looking for.

The location was perfect and excellent, at a walking distance from Jorvik Viking Centre. Thanks to the train station walk from the hotel, all the landmarks in York were within reach.

We felt very welcome here and would be happy to recommend the place. The location was good and brilliant, close to all the attractions in town and the Centre of York parking.

The room was stylish and modern, had coffee and a TV set. There was an awesome. The staff was helpful and excellent, as well as owner. Its location was unbeatable near the train station.

The unit we got was impeccably clean with wonderful views and three windows plus lovely view. The location was marvellous, close to a train station and easy to find.

Nothing not too like.

As for me the location is fab, right by a train station. The rooms are spotless and modern and generally offer central heating, an iron with ironing board and multi-channel TV.

I stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The breakfast was fantastic and gorgeous with a sundown drink and locally sourced ingredients, as example and the atmosphere was quiet! The staff was nice and lovely and gave me recommendations. The hotel's location was fab, adjacent to all the attractions in town as well as the train station and downtown area.

The setting was marvellous, adjacent to the train station and York city centre, the Abbey Guest House and the River, Welcoming and Comfortable. Found time to see Yorkshire Wheel, that's at a short distance from the property.

It was airy, perfect and with three large windows. The location couldn't be more great and incredible right on the river & five minute walk from the centre.

It's super base for sightseeing and exploring York. The double room is modern and bright. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. Amazing breakfast with locally sourced ingredients and a sundown drink, for instance, the staff is excellent. Every time we stay in York, like to stay here.

The bathrooms are very small.

Its location was excellent, not far from all the attractions, a pedestrian bridge, and the charming garden.

Nice place for travelling to York and exploring local places. Well-designed rooms with three large windows, incredible location. 10 minutes walk to a bus station.

The units are bright, airy with three large windows. The staff are amiable, and the owner too. The location of the hotel is great and fantastic, too close to the tourist attractions and close to the train station.

There was nothing I didn't like!

Fantastic stay with helpful staff. Comfy bed, warm shower, and lovely river view. Short walk to city center. Excellent service.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.
